These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to JobLyne operated by JobLyne AI Inc. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Employer accounts must be created by authorized representatives of the organization they represent.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Platform.
• Company and recruiter accounts may require admin verification before posting jobs or browsing candidates.

You may search jobs, save listings, apply, and manage your profile. Application materials must be truthful. Do not misrepresent qualifications or impersonate others.

• Job postings must describe real, lawful openings with accurate compensation signals where shown.
• Do not scrape candidate data, spam applicants, or use the Platform for unlawful discrimination.
• Verification documents submitted must be authentic; false submissions may result in permanent removal.
• Paid features, credits, and subscriptions are subject to posted pricing and billing terms.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant JobLyne a license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Platform. JobLyne trademarks, software, and design assets remain our property.

JobLyne is provided "as is." We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or uninterrupted service. Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobLyne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
