Candidate profiles may be visible to employers and recruiters according to your privacy settings. Application materials are shared with the employer or recruiter associated with each job.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual safeguards, and when required by law.

• Update profile and privacy settings from your dashboard.
• Control profile visibility, anonymous applications, and contact preferences where available.
• Request account deletion from settings; we will process requests in line with applicable law.
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe links.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Security measures include encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and monitoring for suspicious activity.
