Job summary
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to analyze business data, identify trends, create meaningful reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau.
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to business teams.
- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and other teams.
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Good knowledge of Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Python for data analysis.
- Knowledge of Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience working with business KPIs and performance reporting.
